Traditional Forms

Tang Soo Do is a traditional forms based martial art. Forms are set sequences of moves, these sequences are practised regularly in order to train the mind and body into being able to not just 'block and counter' but combine techniques and actions into a flow of movement that enhances speed, timing, technique and accuracy.
